Measured savings and estimates. Savings figures on this site are labeled. "Measured savings" are results reported for a specific customer building. "Identified opportunities," "potential savings," and example or illustrative figures are analytical estimates, not realized or guaranteed savings. Savings are validated only when a customer provides utility data and we compare results against it; otherwise they remain estimates. Industry statistics describe buildings in general, not a prediction for any one building.
Free assessment. The free assessment covers one building. We check whether the data can be analyzed and, when the data reveals an issue, show a representative finding and its potential savings. A finding is not guaranteed; a limited data sample may not reveal an issue.
Subscriptions and guarantee. The 90-day money-back guarantee is summarized in its footnote. Paid subscriptions, implementation services, and the guarantee are governed by separate written agreements, which control over anything on this site.
