What we collect. We collect the information you enter in forms on this site, such as your name, work email, organization, role, phone number, and building details, along with any trend-data files you upload.
How the Find My Savings form saves your progress. The form at /start saves your entries in your browser as you type, so you can pick up where you left off. Once you have entered your name and a valid email address, it also saves your progress to our servers, before you submit. Files are stored when you upload them.
How we use it. We use your information to respond to you, run the assessment or service you request, and follow up about it. If you start the form but don't finish, we may contact you to help complete your assessment. You can opt out of these messages at any time.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit and your browser and device type.
Service providers. We use service providers to host this site and our database, store uploaded files, and manage customer relationships. They process information on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell your information.
Building data. Trend data you share is used to perform your assessment or service. It is not sold, and it is not used to train models shared with other customers without your written agreement. Data handling for paid services is governed by your agreement and described on our security page.
